Ways to work together

What you get

We recommend the smallest number of tools that does the job, and nothing beyond it.

AI Audit

The aim is to work out how many hours you can reclaim every week. A forty-five-minute call about how your week actually runs, then a written audit and a second call to walk you through it. We map and identify ways of improvement before we mention a single tool.

AI setup

This is a hands-on approach: we install it together on a screen share and you leave with it working. You do the clicking and you keep the accounts, because watching someone else set it up teaches you nothing you will remember the following week.

How it works

We map the work, not the technology

Most AI advice starts with the tools. That gets you a list of software and no idea what to do on Monday. We start with your week instead: what you did yesterday, what you type that you have typed before, what you copy out of one screen and paste into another. A person moving data between two systems is the purest form of reclaimable time.

Only once the hours are on the table do we look at software. You get named tools with real prices, honest setup times, and the hours each one gives back. Nothing you have to interpret, and nothing that needs a developer.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How much does an AI audit cost?

€500, paid when you book the call. That covers the forty-five-minute assessment, the written report within five working days, and a second call to walk you through it. No day rate, no retainer, and no second invoice waiting behind it.

What size business is this for?

Anywhere from one person to about thirty. Headcount matters less than how much of your week repeats: an owner doing their own invoicing, scheduling and follow-up often has more to reclaim than a team of ten who divided the work up years ago. If you are the only person who will use what we recommend, the setup session is simply one to one. Above thirty the constraint stops being which tools to use and becomes governance and rollout, which needs someone who can sit with IT and legal for weeks.

What do I actually get at the end?

An actionable report: an executive summary in your own words, an impact and effort matrix, quick wins, and a figure for the hours you can reclaim every week. Every recommendation names the tool, the cost, the setup time and the hours it saves. Then a second call to walk you through it.

Do you build custom AI software?

No. We recommend plug-and-play AI tools that save hours every week, not software that has to be built. Custom software is a real answer to some problems, but it is a different budget, a different timeline and a different kind of supplier. If you want a sanity check on whether you truly need custom AI software before you spend on it, ask.

Do you need access to our systems or passwords?

Never. During the setup session you do the typing and the accounts stay in your name. We will not ask you for a password, an API key or any other credential at any point.

Our team is already using ChatGPT or Claude on personal accounts. Is that a problem?

It is very common and it is not a disaster, but it is worth knowing about. Personal accounts come with no processor agreement, no admin visibility and no retention control. The exposure check that comes with the assessment inventories what is in use and what data is going into it.

How soon can we start?

Fill in the intake form and you can book a slot straight away. The form takes about five minutes and tells us both, honestly, whether we can help you. Not everyone gets a yes.

The intake form tells us both whether this is a fit before either of us spends an afternoon on it. If it is not, you will know within a minute and it costs you nothing.
