The audit
AI assessment for small businesses
Forty five minutes on how your week actually runs, then a written report naming the tools that give the hours back. Fixed price, no retainer, and a number you can hold us to.
People call this an AI readiness assessment, an AI workflow audit, or just an AI audit. Same thing: someone from outside looking at where the repetitive work is and what can be handed to software.
What actually happens
A forty five minute call
Most of it is about your week, not about technology. What you did yesterday, what you type that you have typed before, what you copy out of one screen and paste into another. Camera optional, no preparation needed.
A look at what you already use
The last stretch is an inventory of the tools already in the building, including the ones on personal accounts, and what data is going into them. Useful on its own, and it decides which recommendations are even allowed.
The report, within five working days
We walk you through it live rather than emailing it and hoping.
What the report contains
An executive summary in your own words
Your sentences, not a paraphrase. If you said you do invoicing on a Sunday, that is what it says.
An impact and effort matrix
What is worth doing first, and what looks appealing but costs more than it returns.
Quick wins
Things that can be in place inside a week.
A figure for the hours you can reclaim
Per week, built from what you told us on the call rather than from a benchmark. Check it against reality ninety days later.
The standard every recommendation meets
The smallest number of tools that does the job, and nothing beyond it. Each one named, priced and timed: what it costs, how long setup takes, and the hours it gives back. Nothing you have to interpret. Sometimes the finding is that a job should stay human, and we say so in writing rather than padding the list.
€500, paid when you book
That covers the call, the report, and a second call to walk you through it. There is no day rate, no retainer, and no second invoice waiting behind it. If you want help putting the recommendations in place afterwards, that is a separate conversation with a separate price, and you are under no obligation to have it.
Who this is for
A good fit
- Two to thirty people
- Owner-led, so the person on the call can decide
- Service businesses losing hours to repetitive admin
- Anywhere in the world, in English
Not a fit, and we will say so
- You have a real IT function. That seat is filled, and they know your systems better than we would after forty five minutes.
- The spend or the tooling would need sign-off elsewhere.
- Someone already owns this, internally or as an agency.
- You want software built. We recommend things you can buy on Tuesday and use on Wednesday.
The intake form checks all of this in about five minutes, before either of us spends an afternoon on it. Not everyone gets a yes.
What it is not
Not custom software
Off the shelf only. Bespoke work is a real answer to some problems, but it is a different budget, timeline and supplier.
Not access to your systems
We will not ask you for a password, an API key or any other credential at any point. You do the typing and the accounts stay in your name.
Not legal advice
The exposure check is a practical inventory of where you stand. When something is genuinely contentious we say plainly that it belongs with your lawyer.

The intake form takes about five minutes and tells us both whether this is a fit. If it is not, you will know within a minute and it costs you nothing.
