Privacy policy
Data we collect
This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no audience-measurement tool that tracks visitors. There is no contact form. The only place that collects personal data is the intake form, and everything it collects is something you typed into it.
How the data is used
Your answers are used to work out whether we are a fit for each other and to prepare for the call, and for nothing else. They are never sold and never passed on. Completing the form does not add you to a mailing list. This applies whether or not you go on to book: submissions are kept when the answer is no, so we are not asking the same questions twice if you come back.
Who else handles it
Netlify hosts this site and stores submissions; its details are in the legal notice. Resend sends us a copy of your answers by email so we see it without going looking. If you book, Cal.com receives your name, email and a summary of your answers, and Stripe takes the payment. Your card details never reach us. The call is a Google Meet, so your name and email reach Google too. Each applies its own privacy policy.
Retention period
Submissions are kept for the time needed to handle your request, and for a maximum of 12 months for business follow-up purposes.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify and delete the data that concerns you. To exercise these rights, write to hello@fourday.work. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
External links
Nothing on this page loads from anywhere else. The fonts are served from this domain, and there are no embedded maps, no videos and no analytics scripts, which is why this site needs no cookie banner. The external links are the sources cited in blog posts and the link to our host in the legal notice, which open in a new tab, and the booking button at the end of the intake form, which takes you to Cal.com. They lead to sites that apply their own privacy policies, and nothing about you is sent to them unless you go.
